Staff Work Shifts

Regular work shifts for Police Department staff are as follows:

Lieutenants, Sergeant, and Patrol Officers work 12 hour shifts.  The shift hours are as follows:

6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

2 p.m. – 2 a.m. – Lieutenant shift

6 p.m. – 6 a.m.

 

The work cycle is a two-week period:

Week 1:

Work -  Monday and Tuesday

Off - Wednesday and Thursday

Work – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

 

Week 2:

Off – Monday and Tuesday

Work – Wednesday and Thursday

Off – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

 

The Investigator’s shift is Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

 

The Police Department office is staffed by the Clerk/Dispatcher Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
