The City of Galena will host a Fourth of July Parade on Friday, July 4, 2025. The parade will take place on Main Street beginning at 5:30 p.m. Parade line-up begins at 4:30 p.m.
Fireworks, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Galena, will launch from Grant Park at dusk.

REMINDER: Used batteries and CFL bulbs are always accepted--at no charge--at City Hall. We no longer collect small household electronics at the former wastewater treatment plant site. You are welcome to recycle small electronics at no charge during our recycling collection.
