Explore the Galena National Register Historic District. The database is a fully searchable collection of photographs, architectural descriptions, and historical information of more than 1,450 structures within the historic district. More than 3,250 photographs are included with multiple pictures of most structures.
You may search by address or use an interactive map to find specific properties. Easily customized searches enable the user to locate individual properties or groups of properties with specific like features, such as construction date, architect, architectural style, or significance within the historic district. The information contained within the database was collected by Ball State University as part of a 2010 survey of the historic district.
