Auction License

Please Note: 

1. Application must be made to the City Clerk by either the sponsor of the auction or the auctioneer at least  ten (10) days prior to the auction. The license fee ($50.00) shall be paid at the time of the application. 

2. Lunch stands held in conjunction with the said auction must fully comply with the lunch stand regulations of the city ordinance. 

3. The fee for an auction license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per auction for a period of time not to exceed forty‐eight (48) hours. 

4. All activities associated with said auction must take place on private property or on duly rented public property. Any encroachment onto public ways shall be forbidden unless prior written permission is granted by the Chief of Police.
